Kimiko Nakano is the wife of Kazuo Nakano. In the manga her husband Kazuo will often try to sell her off, but in the anime he had a close and loving relationship with her.

- While the real life Kazuo Nakano was fine with his portrayal in Kinnikuman, Mrs. Nakano was not amused. She instructed her daughters when they began school to never tell the other children that their father is Aderans Nakano.
- The name Kimiko means "Beautiful Noble" (公子).
- Kimiko's surname Nakano means "middle" (中) (naka) and "field, wilderness" (野) (no).
